Make your appraisals highly effective

Con-TACT Campus: Make your appraisals more effective
Feedback is the breakfast of champions. (Ken Blanchard)

People who want to develop themselves and grow need feedback!
Organisations have developed systems and processes to conduct regular performance reviews for decades. Appraising good work and giving constructive feedback for areas of development is widely accepted as being important. And although the way this is being done in companies is constantly evolving, the principles always remain the same.
Unfortunately, it is often also seen as something of a nuisance.
In this course, we offer you a deeper immersion into principles and approaches which can make regular performance reviews most effective and even enjoyable.

We recommend that you plan this module over several weeks, ideally well before you have to go into your first or next round of performance appraisals. The elements we present are a combination of personal experiences as leader and coach, and best practices we found in literature.

When we make progress and get better at something, it is inherently motivating. In order for people to make progress, they have to get feedback and information on how they’re doing. (Daniel H.Pink)

Note:  In addition to the coaching provided in the standard version of this course, this premium version includes two 20-minute laser-coaching sessions online to deepen the learning and establish the approach. You can still sign-up for more coaching, if required.
